Originally from Glasgow, Vikki enjoyed success within the Bowater-Scott Corporation  - firstly as a local Office Manager before being relocated by the company to the south-east of England HQ, where she was appointed IT Trainer, responsible for systems throughout the UK. She returned to Scotland in the 1980's where she followed an equally successful career with Brook Street - firstly as Manager of their Edinburgh branch, followed by further promotion to become Scottish Area Manager -  before leaving to set up Edinburgh Staff Bureau in association with long-term partner Frank Coppins, in 1988.  Now, over 20 years later, she takes great pride in the strong client-base of blue chip companies and the unrivalled register of superb high quality candidates which Edinburgh Staff Bureau has acquired along the way, many of whom have become lifelong friends. 

As any self-employed person will testify, the agency takes up most of her time, but she finds time to enjoy  'good food and wine' and surprisingly has a love for watching cricket and Formula-1 motor-racing. She also enjoys the 'great outdoors' - including walking and most other outdoor activities, especially deer and whale-spotting with frequent visits to Wales and The Highlands whenever possible.
